Women's Cloudmonster 3

The Cloudmonster 3 amplifies everything runners loved about the previous version — bigger bounce, smoother transitions, and a wildly fun ride — now with refined geometry and upgraded Helion™ superfoam. Designed for daily miles, long runs, and any workout where you want max cushioning with max energy return, this update delivers a more responsive, more stable, and more efficient feel underfoot. A reengineered dual-density midsole stacks even more Helion™ foam above On’s signature monster-sized CloudTec® elements, creating softer landings and a more powerful rebound. The updated nylon-blend Speedboard® is tuned for a snappier toe-off, while the rocker shape has been subtly reshaped for a smoother roll through each stride. Up top, a lightweight engineered mesh upper improves breathability and midfoot lockdown, supported by a plush heel collar for secure comfort. The outsole uses a reworked rubber pattern for better durability and traction across varied paces and conditions. The result: a max-cushioned trainer that feels playful, propulsive, and endlessly energetic — the most refined Cloudmonster yet.
